Dill Pesto

This is great in omelettes, on cucumbers, and in cole slaw.

Serves: Makes about 1/2 cup
Vegan!

Ingredients
1 cup dill, packed and coarsely chopped
2 tbsp pine nuts, salted and toasted
1 clove garlic smashed through a press or minced      View Available Products
2 tbsp olive oil

Step by Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, puree the dill, pine nuts, and garlic. Add the oil in a slow stream. Viola!
