Sylvan Falls Mill is a family owned and operated grist mill that specializes in local and regional organic corn, wheat, and rye products. The mill was built in 1840 and is powered by a 28 foot waterwheel. The products are stone ground on a Meadows burrr mill (granite stones). We grind weekly to ensure freshness. Our growers are either certified organic or non-certified organic. Our bakery produces confections from our own milled products and local ingredients (when available). They are baked daily to order to ensure freshness.
