Friends at the Farm
Val and Katie have been growing for their restaurant and catering company, Friends… at the Cove, and Food with a Flair Catering for the past 15 years.
We believe in growing, buying and eating locally. We believe in sustainable farming and good farm stewardship. We have been advocates of the “Farm to Fork” movement for a long time. We began growing for our restaurant and catering customers. Currently we have approx 4-5 acres under plow, a peach orchard, blueberries, blackberries, mushrooms, and a small hydroponic operation.
We have developed a line of prepared foods using our garden bounty, as well as selling at various markets and producing a CSA.
Our community is important to us, and we do our best to supply the freshest, best pesticide-free produce possible.
